




Job Summary: The professional will deliver and conduct operational training, supervise operators, analyze gaps, develop action plans, and create supporting materials. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct initial and refresher training for operators. 2. Develop and implement action plans to improve performance. 3. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of training programs. **Description:** High school diploma required. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills (mandatory). Communication skills (verbal/written). Experience in operational training is preferred. Deliver Initial Training for new and transferred employees; Conduct Refresher Training for TAs, based on requests from the T\&Q department. Supervise operators either in person or online. Analyze performance gaps of operators/negotiators. Identify improvement opportunities, develop, and execute development action plans for operators/negotiators. Develop operational scripts for operators and negotiators according to portfolio rules. Monitor, when necessary, quality reports issued by third-party companies (V2 Estadão, GCC Boticário). Conduct training sessions for operators and negotiators as needed: Deliver script-based training, conversion training, customer service handling training, system training, and others. Create supporting materials for operator use. Submit daily training reports (Feedback Capacity for Operations). Align processes with leadership supervision. Attend meetings and handle tasks as requested by management. Actively participate in training improvement programs, courses, and other events, promoting the concept of continuous improvement. Identify, propose, and contribute to implementing improvement initiatives. Assist in maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization.
