The **School Psychologist** will be responsible for providing psychopedagogical and psychological support to students, as well as guiding families and supporting teachers at Colégio Bonja's Elementary School. **Responsibilities and duties** * Collaborate in the continuous updating of the Pedagogical Project, with emphasis on inclusion initiatives. * Develop intervention plans when necessary, in partnership with the Pedagogical Coordination team. * Participate in and assist with organizing meetings involving teachers, parents, and students. * Contribute to the coordination of Class Councils. * Monitor, together with teachers, students' academic and social performance. * Organize, together with the Elementary School Management, training sessions and professional development activities for teachers. * Promote actions focused on staff well-being and emotional health, encouraging integration and community-building activities. * Provide psychological counseling and active listening to students when needed. * Identify emotional, behavioral, or social difficulties that may interfere with the learning process. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. * Preferred specialization in the field (School Psychology, Psychopedagogy, or related areas). * Experience in providing support and interventions for children and adolescents. * Experience in collaborative work with pedagogical teams, teachers, and families. * Experience in School Psychology, Psychopedagogy, or educational settings. * Participation in school inclusion projects or programs is desirable. **Additional information** **Our benefits:** * Health plan assistance (according to institutional policy). * Dental plan. * Study scholarships (according to institutional policy). * Restaurant partnership. * SESC membership. * Uniform provision. * Discounts on activities at the Swimming Center and Gym. * Parking. **Working hours:** * 25 weekly working hours (schedule to be defined). **We believe that excellent education transforms tomorrow.** **Our purpose is to transform the world through education.** We are a community-based, Lutheran educational institution with 99 years of existence, dedicated to training and educating people at various life stages, always valuing individual essence, adopting innovative and market-relevant teaching methodologies, and investing in excellent infrastructure to support the educational process.
