The **Communication Analyst** will be responsible for ensuring that internal and external audiences remain well-informed and engaged through creative and innovative initiatives that respect diversity and value sustainability. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, execute, and monitor communication and marketing initiatives. * Serve as the focal point between internal demands, external suppliers, and communication and media agencies, ensuring strategic alignment, deadlines, and delivery quality. * Organize and manage the content calendar for the creative and social media teams, prioritizing requests, defining timelines, and monitoring content production. * Support the development and execution of promotional and recruitment campaigns, both online and offline. * Monitor paid media campaigns (digital and/or traditional) jointly with the agency, analyzing results, KPIs, and optimization opportunities. * Manage and monitor the marketing budget, including entries, approvals, contracts, invoices, and investment reports. * Ensure linguistic consistency, visual identity, and brand positioning across all communication channels. * Produce, review, and validate content (texts, briefings, presentations, emails, announcements, posts, campaigns). * Support internal initiatives, events, and special projects, ensuring integration among communication, marketing, and the organization’s strategic areas. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports, and propose continuous improvements to communication strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields. * Experience in developing communication strategies and planning. * Experience working with advertising agencies or corporate marketing departments. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to plan and organize campaigns and events. * Capacity to collaborate effectively and manage multiple simultaneous tasks. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Health Insurance Assistance. * Scholarships. * Dental Plan. * Restaurant Voucher. * SESC Membership. * Uniform. * Swimming and Gym Discount. * Parking. * Zenklub. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:48 PM, with a 1-hour break. **We believe that excellence in education transforms tomorrow.** **Our purpose is to transform the world through education.** We are a community-based, Lutheran educational institution with 99 years of history, dedicated to training and educating people at various life stages—always honoring human essence, adopting innovative and market-relevant teaching methodologies, and investing in outstanding infrastructure to support the educational process.
