Ensure delivery of the best product to the customer by monitoring planning versus actual construction execution in MS Project, performing updates in the IFS system, and complying with the company's quality management system guidelines; 2\. Monitor the performance of permanent employees and contractors through physical production measurements, providing continuous feedback to ensure excellence in the final product delivered to the company's customers; 3\. Administer procurement of construction inputs through requisition and receipt; 4\. Seek innovative technical solutions for construction execution through contact with cutting-edge technology companies; 5\. Develop specialized partnerships, both for labor and for supply of productive materials, to contribute to quality improvement and process optimization; 6\. Monitor customer-requested modifications through analysis and assistance in approving feasibility and costs of such requests; 7\. Coordinate execution of modifications approved by DAC (Customer Service Department); 8\. Monitor inspections and surveys conducted by public agencies and specific institutions for issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy (Habite-Se) and other legal requirements; 9\. Organize and control construction documentation (permits, approved designs, licenses, and correspondence); 10\. Draft contracts and perform assembly and entry of monthly contractor measurements via the IFS system; 11\. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of construction machinery, tools, and equipment; 12\.
