Job Summary: You will manage the assets that support Selbetti's operations, ensuring all assets are accurately registered, identified, and reconciled to guarantee information reliability. You will join the accounting/administrative area, ensuring all assets are correctly registered, identified, and reconciled. Your work directly impacts the company's information reliability. * Register new assets in the system with complete data and invoices. * Affix and manage identification labels on furniture, tools, and equipment. * Conduct physical inventories and adjust discrepancies in the system. * Record asset disposals (damages, sales, thefts, donations). * Physically audit assets disposed of by the technical laboratory. * Calculate and verify monthly asset depreciation. * Cross-check asset reports with accounting balances. Requirements: **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or hold a completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences or Administration. * Knowledge of administrative/accounting routines. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with numbers. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in accounting, finance, or administrative areas. * Strong communication skills for internal department support.
