Job Summary: Maintenance professional responsible for tool and equipment maintenance in the compressor manufacturing process, aiming to ensure equipment reliability. Key Highlights: 1. Perform tool maintenance and equipment adjustments 2. Execute preventive maintenance plans 3. Implement tool improvements to extend their service life The maintenance department is responsible for maintaining machines and equipment through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. We use various equipment in NIDEC compressor manufacturing. This is a strategic area within the company, focused on avoiding unplanned downtime and enhancing equipment reliability. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities for this position include: * Perform maintenance on stator process tools and adjust equipment related to stator transformation; * Adjust spare tools to optimize changeover/correction time; * Execute preventive maintenance plans; * Implement tool improvements to enhance and extend tool service life. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory requirements for this position: * Completed technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related fields; * Knowledge of manual and automatic machines; * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
