Job Summary: Maintain tools used in the stator manufacturing process, performing adjustments, preventive maintenance plans, and continuous improvements to optimize tool lifespan and prevent unplanned downtime. Our Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining machines and equipment through preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities. We use a variety of equipment in the manufacturing of NIDEC compressors. This is a strategic department within the company, focused on preventing unplanned downtime and increasing equipment reliability. **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities for this position include: * Maintaining tools used in the stator manufacturing process and adjusting equipment related to stator transformation; * Adjusting spare tools to optimize tool change/correction time; * Executing preventive maintenance plans; * Implementing tool improvements to enhance and extend tool service life. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory requirements for this position: * Completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related fields; * Knowledge of manual and automatic machines; * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
