Job Summary: A Quality professional responsible for audits, CTQ management, and application of problem analysis and resolution methods to ensure quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for audits of filters, poka-yokes, and processes. 2. Uses problem analysis and resolution tools (5G, 5W1H, PDCA). 3. Ensures execution of established quality standards. Quality Department **Responsibilities and Duties** Key responsibilities for this position include: * Conducting audits of filters, poka-yokes, and processes; * Managing CTQs as part of the support chain, performing product checklists, entering information into the system, implementing containment actions, and analyzing deviations jointly with the manufacturing team; * Verifying and auditing statistical process control and applicable control charts; * Applying problem analysis and resolution methodology, emphasizing tools such as 5G, 5W1H, 4M, Pareto, Quick Kaizen, and Standard Kaizen with PDCA cycle; * Ensuring implementation of established standards, including 3Q6S, operational SOPs, PGE 000180, PGE000184, management system standards, and documentation requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory requirements: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (minimum 50% completed) or holding a completed technical diploma (WITH DIPLOMA) in Quality, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, Materials Engineering, other Engineering disciplines, or related fields; * Knowledge of quality tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
