If you match the profile and are interested in joining our team, please apply for this position! **Purpose of the Role** Perform operational tasks including loading and unloading, order picking, and shipment dispatching of goods, ensuring agility, organization, and compliance with standards set by the immediate supervisor. **Main Responsibilities** * **Loading and Unloading** * + Assist in receiving and physically moving goods. + Safely and systematically unload vehicles. + Support loading smaller vehicles for distribution. * **Order Picking** * + Pick products according to orders and routes defined by the Stock Checker. + Ensure correct quantities and specifications of items. + Organize goods in shipping areas to facilitate dispatch. + Support inventory counts and stock audits. * **Shipment Dispatching** * + Prepare orders for dispatch according to schedule. + Assist in final verification before loading. + Support drivers in correctly securing cargo inside vehicles. * **Support to Immediate Supervisor** * + Follow direct instructions \- reporting incidents and difficulties. + Adhere to safety and quality procedures defined by the supervisor. + Contribute to maintaining efficient operational flow during the shift. * **Support for Merchandising Parts Storage Operations** * + Support maintenance of merchandising parts. **Reporting Structure** * **Immediate Supervisor:** Stock Checker responsible for inventory. * **Interactions:** Drivers, logistics team, other stock pickers. **Required Competencies** * Agility and attention to detail in order picking. * Organization and discipline in cargo handling. * Teamwork and respect for hierarchy. * Basic knowledge of workplace safety and cargo handling. **Working Conditions** * **Shift:** Day Shift * **Environment:** Warehouse/distribution center. * **Neighborhood:** Floresta * **Activity:** Predominantly operational, with moderate physical effort.
