Job Summary: Responsible for defining manufacturing strategy and execution, including machine setups, ensuring process parameters, and providing technical support to production teams. Lead quality critical analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Description **JOB MISSION** Responsible for defining manufacturing strategy and execution. Perform machine setups and be accountable for defining and ensuring process parameters. Support technical and production teams, leading solution proposals. Monitor production systems, ensuring quality and safety standards in the area. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Follow safety golden rules; * Be responsible for your own safety and that of other colleagues; * Define/adjust process parameters and adjust injection molding machines; * Ensure production volumes comply with standard cycle time per item; * Ensure process parameter sheets, production standards, cycle times, and quality standards; * Ensure production volumes are delivered on schedule; * Ensure equipment/process documentation is complete and up-to-date. * Perform maintenance levels I, II, III, and IV; * Responsible for critical failure analysis, from ticket opening through machine release validation; * Mold and material changeovers (set-up); * Lead quality critical analysis meetings, solution identification, and deviation resolution; * Lead continuous improvement initiatives: focus on performance, safety, cost reduction, and technology adoption; * Lead SMED projects; * Deliver training on new processes or equipment to the team; * Responsible for testing and tryout of new and/or modified equipment, including performance report validation; * Guide, support, and technically monitor suppliers; * Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9000/14000); **QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES (ACADEMIC BACKGROUND, SPECIFIC SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE)** Education: * Technical high school diploma in mechanical engineering, plastics, or related fields. * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred).
