Perform pre\-preparation and preparation of food (washing, cutting, cooking, and finishing). Operate kitchen industrial equipment, such as ovens, stoves, kettles, and griddles. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and good practice standards. Control food preparation time and quality, ensuring appropriate flavor, texture, and presentation. Assist in inventory control, food expiration tracking, and proper food storage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment. Follow workplace safety regulations and proper use of PPE. Work as part of a team, collaborating with other kitchen and production staff. **Minimum Education:** Elementary School (1st level)
