Opportunity for professional growth and leadership **CASHIER OPERATOR / DELIVERY (CLT)** We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible **Cashier Operator** to join our team, ensuring agile, courteous, and efficient service both in-person and across digital channels. You will be responsible for cash register operations, customer service, management of delivery orders, and customer communication via chat and WhatsApp—ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform cash register opening, operation, and closing with accuracy. * Register orders in the system, ensuring speed and precision in billing. * Receive payments in cash, credit/debit cards, PIX, and other methods, verifying amounts correctly. * Operate delivery platforms, receiving, verifying, organizing, and dispatching orders. * Monitor orders with the kitchen/bar and delivery personnel, ensuring timely fulfillment and quality. * Provide in-person, chat, and WhatsApp customer service—answering questions and sharing information about products, hours, promotions, and company services. * Issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations as needed. * Organize and maintain a clean, hygienic, and orderly cash register and workspace during and after shifts. * Support the dining area and operational team whenever required. * Assist with daily financial control and report discrepancies or inconsistencies. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Availability to work **Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (with a 1-hour break)** and **Saturdays/holidays, 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM (with a 2-hour break)**. * Prior experience as a Cashier Operator or in similar roles is preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Agility, organization, and attention to detail. * Proficiency with cash register systems, delivery platforms, and messaging applications. * Commitment to **punctuality**, professional conduct, and teamwork. **WE OFFER:** * **Salary:** R$ 2.000,00 (increase after 90 days) * **Variable compensation:** Cash Shortage Allowance + Night Shift Premium + Overtime + Average commission of R$ 400 to R$ 700 + Related benefits * **Benefits:** Transportation Voucher + On-site Meal + Uniform + SESC Membership + Life Insurance + Health Assistance Card + Performance Bonus * **Opportunity for professional growth**, with potential advancement into administrative or leadership roles. **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent CLT **Compensation:** R$ 2.500,00 – R$ 3.000,00 per month **Education:** * Completed High School Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Transportation voucher Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
