Job Summary: Customer service, support to the sales team, preparation of proposals, database updates, and post-sales activities. Key Highlights: 1. Post-sales activities to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT** **Location:** Atiradores Neighborhood **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 2.900,00 - No commission **Meal Voucher:** R$ 700,00 **Transportation Voucher** **Responsibilities:** * Customer service via WhatsApp, phone, and email (sales of professional audio equipment, among others) * Support to the senior sales team in order closing * Preparation of technical commercial quotations and proposals * Updating customer databases and contact history * Post-sales activities to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities **Requirements:** * Experience with online sales; * Completed high school education. Minimum Educational Requirement: High School (Secondary Education)
