Performance analysis and continuous improvement The department is responsible for managing the polymer recycling and transformation cycle, focusing on innovation and strategic reuse of materials. The unit oversees the entire resource management process—from technical preparation and processing to the final disposition of thermoplastic compounds—ensuring efficiency and sustainability throughout production. We seek a proactive professional with strong team leadership skills and a results-oriented mindset.
