Job Summary:
A professional responsible for preparing estimates, interpreting drawings, managing hydraulic and fire protection system projects, and supervising teams on construction sites.
Key Highlights:
1. Experience in fire protection, hydraulic, and utility projects.
2. Schedule management and supervision of teams and external construction works.
3. Equipment selection and technical standards definition, with a focus on quality.
* Prepare fire protection, hydraulic, and utility (compressed air, steam, chilled water, gases, etc.) estimates and specifications;
* Interpret drawings and documents received from the client;
Field survey;
* Review As-Built project documents;
* Obtain required permits for construction execution;
* Develop and monitor installation system schedules;
* Assist in equipment selection, material lists, and technical standards;
* Manage technical reports and measurements;
* Supervise teams and external construction works;
* Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
* Support the safety and environmental department in field activities.
Requirements:
* Engineering degree;
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD;
* Relevant work experience;
* Proven experience in fire protection systems (hydrants and sprinklers), hydraulic networks, and utility systems;
* Willingness to travel.
