University/college partnership ENGINEERING AND DEVELOPMENT ANALYST \- ADVANCED ENGLISH REQUIRED **Location:** Aventureiro – Joinville/SC **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Salary:** R$4343.13 \+ 440.00 (HAZARDOUS WORK ALLOWANCE) \= R$4783.13 **Benefits:** Career development plan Meal card worth R$ 220.00 Life insurance fully covered by the company On-site meals at R$ 3.45 per day Pharmacy partnerships (SESI, Catarinense, and Popular) Language school partnership University/college partnership Yokohama gym partnership SESI partnership (dentists and vaccinations) Banked hours Transportation voucher upon request **Responsibilities:** Develop and analyze technical projects, propose improvements to products and processes, conduct tests, validations, and technical studies, interpret data and prepare reports, provide technical support to production and other departments, monitor project implementation and performance. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields Experience as an Engineering and Development Analyst Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Catia, or similar) Basic knowledge of production documentation and technical standards Advanced English **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
