




Position: Administrative Assistant – Reception Location: Vega Offices – Bom Retiro \- Joinville/SC Schedule: Monday to Friday: 07:00 to 16:00 Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 Salary: R$ 2\.200,00 \+ Transportation allowance (no payroll deduction) Requirements: Proven experience in the administrative field; Proficiency in Office Suite; Organization, proactivity, and good communication skills. Main Responsibilities (with focus on reception): Receive clients and visitors (in person and by phone); Answer company calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails; Provide initial support to visitors (coffee, water, guidance); Restock food items sold at the building's snack bar; Support finance, HR, and sales departments with administrative tasks; Scan, file, and organize documents; Manage contracts, purchase orders, and office supplies; Manage meeting room schedules, internal events, and company vehicles; Assist in organizing events and daily reception operations.
