Job Summary: Responsible for planning, optimizing, and managing routine logistics operations, performance indicators, inventory, and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, health, and environmental protection **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Plan and monitor routine operations in the Logistics Operations area (Receiving, Warehousing, Picking, Verification, Billing, Shipping, and Deliveries); * Optimize logistics operations by reviewing and implementing processes to ensure greater efficiency and scalability; * Define and monitor departmental performance indicators; * Manage inventory, oversee inventory preparation, and develop strategies to improve process efficiency; * Develop and manage the departmental budget; * Develop the team through daily supervision, training, and feedback; * Promote safety, health, environmental, and quality standards; * Manage cleaning and maintenance activities for company equipment and facilities; * Support compliance with company policies and directives. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics; * Relevant work experience in this role; * Experience with WMS systems. **Benefits:** * Health insurance (optional enrollment); * Meal allowance (SWILE flexible card); * Transportation allowance (SWILE flexible card); * Basic food basket; * Crescer Program (internal development).
