**Job Description** **Join our Procurement Systems team!** We are looking for an engaged professional interested in supporting, improving systems, and automating processes within the procurement area. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to operational efficiency, process optimization, and the evolution of digital tools used by the department.
**Your responsibilities will include:**
* **Procurement Systems Support:** Provide Level 1 support for procurement systems (Pilum, RB\-SRM, MiP, I\-Source, and SAP – MM module), ensuring prompt and effective handling of user tickets and supporting identification and resolution of operational issues.
* **System Improvement and Evolution:** Coordinate and implement enhancements to procurement systems, collaborating with analysts and other departments to optimize processes, improve functionalities, and ensure greater efficiency of the tools used.
* **Process Automation:** Develop automation solutions that simplify operational routines and increase procurement process efficiency, contributing to greater standardization, agility, and reliability of departmental activities.
**Qualifications**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, technology degree, or postgraduate studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
* Availability to intern for up to 2 years in our opportunities, with graduation scheduled no earlier than July/2027 and no later than December/2029\.
* Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
* Advanced or fluent English is required.
* Required knowledge: Office suite, Python.
* Desirable: Basic knowledge of databases (SQL), programming logic, Power BI, familiarity with SAP systems, Power Automate;
* Availability for occasional visits to Joinville\-SC during the following hours:
+ Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM
