




- Perform on-site and remote technical support, ensuring compliance with established SLAs; - Conduct diagnostics of environments and infrastructure, performing precise installation and maintenance of structured cabling; - Install, test, and validate the operation of electronic security and connectivity hardware (cameras, turnstiles, gates, access control systems, IoT devices, access points); - Interact with customers, ensuring clear and efficient communication during technical support and service deliveries; - Standardize and organize racks and logical connection points, following both technical and aesthetic criteria; - Open, track, and close service orders with technical rigor and attention to detail; - Report activity progress and any scheduling deviations to the project analyst or manager; - Work safely, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to all applicable client and company safety regulations; - Contribute to continuous improvement of the department by identifying optimization opportunities and suggesting technical training courses.
