Acts as the bridge between functional area needs and technical execution, coordinating multidisciplinary RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) squads. The primary focus is transforming manual processes into intelligent digital workflows, ensuring delivered solutions generate direct business value, scalability, and reduced operational effort. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate prioritization of automation demands originating from business areas through agile rituals and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis, aiming to ensure squads work on projects with the highest impact for the company. * Supervise the robotic automation lifecycle—from solution design to maintenance—by coordinating RPA specialists and analysts, aiming to eliminate repetitive tasks and increase process accuracy. * Facilitate squad operations using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), by removing impediments and fostering collaboration, aiming to accelerate digital solution time-to-market. * Collaborate with Architecture Coordination to ensure automations and AI models respect systemic integrity, and with PMO to report project status and health, aiming for full alignment with IT governance. * Supervise the creation and updating of Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) through technical review of squad deliverables, aiming to ensure compliance and technical documentation of automations. * Coordinate monitoring and support of robots in production environments through incident management and preventive adjustments (e.g., UI or system changes), aiming to prevent operational disruptions and maintain SLAs. * Manage development, testing, and production environments for squads using version control tools and orchestrators, aiming to ensure security and integrity of implementations. * Lead and technically develop a diverse team of specialists and analysts through continuous feedback and upskilling plans in emerging technologies, aiming to keep the squad at the technological forefront. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Solid experience leading technical teams focused on development, automation, or data. * Proven experience implementing RPA and/or Artificial Intelligence projects in corporate environments. * Experience managing squads using agile frameworks. * Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI). * Advanced Office Suite proficiency. **Desirable Requirements** * Specialization or certification in Agile Methodologies (CSM or PSM) and Project Management (PMP). * In-depth knowledge of RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism). * Familiarity with Python/R, ML libraries, and cognitive services (Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, or similar). * Knowledge of VMs, credential management, and robot security. * Understanding of SAP architecture to comprehend how automations (RPA) and data models (BI) interact with the ERP. * Familiarity with prioritization processes and business stakeholder engagement. * Familiarity with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and API-based integration. * Advanced English and Spanish **Additional Information** **We care about the well-being of our Feras and offer benefits such as:** * Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days per week onsite in Joinville). * Flexible Working Hours; * Meal Allowance; * Year-End Bonus; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Private Pension Plan; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Citizen Company: extended maternity and paternity leave. * Discount on our products; * Annual Bonus (profit sharing); * Up to 50% discount on medications; * Health programs.
