Learn about the position and apply. \\ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR FOREIGN EXCHANGE ASSISTANT \| JOINVILLE (SC) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in executing foreign exchange operations, including international payments, remittances, and exchange control; Register and validate companies and their respective foreign exchange operations within financial institutions; Monitor and follow up on DI (Import Declaration); Update and maintain client registration information; Maintain direct contact with clients to provide technical support and information regarding foreign exchange operations; Ensure all operations comply with foreign exchange regulations and internal company policies. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel; Availability to work onsite at the Joinville (SC) office from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, advisors, and internal departments. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in areas related to international trade, foreign exchange, financial markets, or related fields will be valued; Familiarity with foreign exchange processes, derivatives, and international trade.
