COOK (CLT)** We are looking for an experienced, organized, and committed **Cook** to join our team and directly handle the production of high-quality, standardized, and timely dishes. You will be responsible for food preparation and finishing, coordinating mise en place, and ensuring hygiene and food safety standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Preparation and Production** * Perform pre-preparation, preparation, and finishing of dishes according to technical sheets. * Coordinate daily mise en place, ensuring ingredients are ready and organized. * Execute precise cutting, cooking, seasoning, and preparation methods. **Organization and Control** * Maintain kitchen, workstations, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized according to health regulations. * Assist in inventory control, expiration dates, storage, and portioning. * Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and utensils. **Workflow Supervision** * Monitor the work of kitchen assistants, providing guidance when necessary. * Ensure appropriate production pace, especially during peak hours. * Check quality, presentation, and standardization of dishes before service. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven prior experience as a **Cook**. * Efficiency, organization, and ability to work under pressure. * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Commitment to hygiene and safety standards. * Availability: **Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (1-hour break)** **Saturdays/Holidays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (2-hour break)** **WE OFFER:** **Salary:** BRL 2,000.00 (increase after 90 days) + Night Shift Allowance + Overtime + Commission (average BRL 600 to BRL 1,000) + Related payments **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * On-site Meal * Uniform * SESC Membership * Life Insurance * Health Assistance Card * Bonus * Growth opportunities and online courses Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: BRL 2,700.00 - BRL 3,400.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * High school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Brazilian cuisine/Bar food (Preferred) License/Certification: * Food Handling Course (Preferred)
