**POST-SALES ANALYST** KNOWLEDGE IN TRAILERS AND SEMI-TRAILERS **Schedule:** Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM **Salary:** Negotiable (starting at BRL 3,000.00) + commission **Benefits:** Free meals Transportation allowance / shuttle service Parking Courses and training Grocery basket for attendance Pharmacy discount program Group life insurance Career development plan Unimed health plan **Main Responsibilities:** Provide post-sales support with close, humane, and effective customer service; Manage warranty processes for trailers and semi-trailers, ensuring deadlines and quality; Maintain contact with suppliers and partners to find technical solutions; Prepare follow-up reports and support continuous improvement initiatives. **What We're Looking For:** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields (pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a plus); Knowledge of trailers and semi-trailers, pneumatic systems and brakes; Strong communication skills, firm attitude, emotional balance and negotiation ability; Organized, proactive profile with focus on problem-solving.
