Job Summary: The professional will work in the Metrology department, supporting the preparation, organization, and use of measuring instruments, as well as performing dimensional measurements using a CMM. Key Highlights: 1. Support in metrology routines and use of measuring instruments 2. Performing dimensional measurements using CMM and PC-DMIS software 3. Organizing and controlling measuring instruments and measurement records Work in the Metrology department, supporting routines related to preparation, organization, and use of measuring instruments, as well as performing dimensional measurements on coordinate measuring machines (CMM). ✅ Key Responsibilities Prepare, select, and organize measuring instruments for production use, such as: vernier calipers, internal dial indicators, thread plug gauges. Assemble internal dial indicators (mechanical assembly and adjustment of the set with dial indicator). Support control, identification, and organization of metrology department instruments. Perform dimensional measurements on parts using CMM via PC\-DMIS software. Record measurement results and support the organization of reports and internal controls. Support Quality and Production departments in activities related to dimensional measurement and verification.
