Maintaining continuous customer relationships to ensure loyalty **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a professional to work in the commercial area of SEPAT, a company specializing in corporate meal outsourcing, with a focus on prospecting new clients and business development. Key responsibilities: \* Actively prospect new clients for corporate meal outsourcing services; \* Conduct in-person and remote commercial meetings, presenting SEPAT's solutions according to customer needs; \* Prepare, present, and follow up on commercial proposals, ensuring negotiations align with company policies and guidelines; \* Record and update commercial information in CRM and control spreadsheets; \* Monitor performance indicators and sales pipeline; \* Maintain continuous customer relationships to foster loyalty and identify new business opportunities. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor's degree completed in Commercial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in the meals/food service segment; * Experience in sales, negotiation, and active prospecting; * Experience selling meals/food services; * Intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Availability for travel and relocation as required. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Work Location:** ---------------------- Centro \- Joinville/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 7:44 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
