Job Summary:
Civil Engineering professional to manage and supervise construction project execution, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with design documents and safety regulations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
· Monitor and supervise construction execution, ensuring adherence to as-built drawings and specification documents
· Develop and update the physical schedule of the project
· Monitor productivity of in-house and subcontracted teams
· Perform measurements of completed work and verify against contracts/amendments
· Manage site diaries and photographic records of physical progress
· Coordinate interface among engineering disciplines (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
· Request and verify materials with the procurement department
· Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (NRs)
· Support preparation of physical\-financial progress reports
· Interact with client/contractor inspectors and regulatory authorities, where applicable.
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:**
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active registration at CREA
· Proven experience in construction project execution (commercial or industrial)
· Ability to read and interpret as-built drawings (architectural, structural, mechanical/electrical/plumbing)
· Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Excel, or similar)
· Knowledge of technical standards (ABNT) and occupational safety regulations (NRs)
· Willingness to work on-site/construction sites
**Desirable**
· Experience in medium- or large-scale construction projects
· Familiarity with BIM
· Experience with environmental licensing processes
· Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Compensation: R$2\.942,74 \- R$11\.569,50 per month
