




**Activities to be performed:** * Provide remote support to customers, external technicians or third parties to assist in the mechanical assembly and electrical connection of CNC machines and other industrial machines, of small, medium and large sizes, intended for various segments. * Conduct root cause analysis to identify the origins of defects or anomalies in mechanical, pneumatic, electrical components or machine structures, and recommend solutions for correcting identified problems. * Use general measuring instruments to test mechanical components used in machine assembly. * Perform bench testing on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical components. * Provide support to customers, technicians or third parties to guide them in geometric calibration and alignment of machine axes and structures. * Assist customers, technicians or third parties with electrical maintenance of equipment, including identification and correction of electrical faults such as operational failures, short circuits or poor connections, using appropriate tools and instruments. * Use equipment, hand tools and measuring tools such as multimeters to carry out activities. * Assist in the preparation of technical documentation for machine operation and maintenance. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in solving technical problems, providing expertise in the electrical field and contributing to continuous process improvement. * Conduct training, assistance and provide support to customers, either on-site or remotely. * Deliver training to customers on CAD design software and CAM programming software for 3, 4, 5 or more axis CNC machines. * Perform programming on 3, 4, 5 or more axis CNC controls, as well as programming PLC controllers used in industrial machines and automation systems. * Carry out cleaning and organization of the work station, ensuring the preservation and durability of mechanical and electronic tools used in performing tasks. * Perform other related tasks to those previously described, as well as those with complexity level compatible with the organizational environment, according to guidance and supervision from the area supervisor. **Salary: Between BRL 2,800.00 and BRL 4,000.00** **(depending on candidate's experience)** **Benefits:** * **Meal allowance - BRL 22.00 per working day** * **Health insurance after trial period - (Unimed; the company co-pays the employee's monthly fee; costs related to usage and inclusion of dependents (children and spouse) are 100% at the employee's expense)** * **Attendance bonus - If no absences exceeding 30 minutes in total during the month, receive BRL 200.00 (any type of absence, including medical certificates)** **Working hours: 07:30 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:18 (Monday\-Friday)** Minimum Education: Technical Course
