




**Activities** * Support routines related to new developments (R\&D and Procurement); * Handle and organize information related to products, suppliers, deadlines, and documentation; * Ensure control and updating of processes in the internal system; * Maintain communication with internal teams and suppliers (in Portuguese and English); * Use organization tools (such as Kanban) to prioritize and track demands; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of area processes. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a college degree (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields); * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and conversation); * Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility; * Willingness to learn and grow with the company; * Availability to work on-site in Joinville/SC.
