Ruptiva Intelligent Recruitment is managing the selection process for an industrial-sector company seeking a machining professional with production-floor experience.
Joinville/SC – North Industrial Zone
**Working Hours:** 2:18 PM to 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
**Salary:** BRL 4,000.00 initially | BRL 4,400.00 after permanent hiring
**Main Responsibilities:**
Prepare, operate, and control CNC and conventional machine tools
Perform CNC programming as required by production needs
Interpret technical drawings and production orders
Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.)
Develop fixtures and tools for machining
Monitor and ensure quality of produced parts
Perform basic autonomous maintenance on equipment
Record production and inspection data
Support continuous improvement of production processes
**Requirements:**
Completed high school; technical course or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Experience in machining
Knowledge of lathe CNC programming
Experience with conventional milling machines
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Knowledge of measuring instruments
Basic computer skills
