Basic preventive maintenance and advanced metrology **Description** * Operate and configure CNC milling machines to ensure production of high-precision and complex parts; * Perform origin adjustments and program corrections according to production requirements; * Carry out tool compensation to guarantee dimensional quality of parts; * Monitor measurements using advanced metrology instruments; * Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment; * Collaborate with Engineering and CAM Programming departments to contribute to process optimization and resolution of technical challenges. Requirements: * Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical technical drawings; * Proven experience in origin adjustments, program corrections, and tool compensation; * Solid knowledge of metrology and measurement instruments; * Experience with high-complexity CNC milling machines; * Proactive profile, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and safety.
