**Your missions and responsibilities:**
* Responsible for managing and delivering results for the Healthineers diagnostic imaging equipment factory in Joinville, including production, development and industrial engineering, maintenance, quality, and human resources, aiming to achieve planned volumes and deadlines with quality and efficiency, ensuring smooth operations through the use of good manufacturing practices;
* Develop and recommend the strategic plan for the industrial area by identifying, analyzing, and providing necessary resources to maintain processes according to company-defined objectives and targets;
* Ensure execution of the strategic plan by analyzing and coordinating the development of operational plans, monitoring and evaluating monthly results against established targets, and implementing or recommending preventive or corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes;
* Manage technical and operational capability and competitiveness of the Joinville unit by defining and implementing professional and technological development plans, establishing technical\-operational processes, policies, and standards, and appropriately sizing and allocating human and material resources within the pre\-established strategy;
* Manage and coordinate international project development with various Siemens Healthineers BLs for the Brazil factory, as well as ensure proper information flow;
* Define and monitor operational performance indicators and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives across processes;
* Represent the company before government agencies, industry associations, representative bodies, and the market in general;
* Ensure achievement of production and revenue targets by planning, implementing, and controlling initiatives to align and optimize available resources (technical, human, financial) with sales demands, ensuring high\-quality customer service within established timelines and planned profitability;
* Ensure compliance with all aspects of the company's Integrated Management System by preparing documentation and raising employee awareness regarding quality and environmental policies, applicable procedures and instructions, including current regulations and standards.
**Your attributes and skills:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration;
* Postgraduate degree / MBA in Business Administration / Business Management / Marketing is desirable;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience at plant general management level, or 5 years at production coordination level;
* Availability for international travel, with fluency in a foreign language (English);
* Technical knowledge in production engineering to identify, develop, implement technologies and product development programs, production and process engineering, as well as lead production teams, establishing productivity and operational cost controls aimed at continuously reducing operational, product, and service costs;
* Ability to manage human resources, build work teams, set goals, drive performance, manage cross\-functional and project teams; coordinate and administer direct and indirect labor activities, as well as managerial and supervisory functions, maintaining quality and productivity requirements and ensuring company competitiveness;
* Ability to manage international multi\-cultural teams for joint project coordination with headquarters in a foreign language (English);
* Experience and expertise in managing managerial and operational teams, resource planning, project development, and management of industrial and support area activities.
