Job Summary: We are seeking a Financial Manager to lead the financial management of the hotel chain, ensuring control, performance, and business sustainability by combining strategic vision with operational execution. Active involvement in improving unit profitability We are looking for a **Financial Manager** to lead the financial management of the hotel chain, ensuring control, performance, and business sustainability. The role requires combining strategic vision with operational execution while directly supporting the executive board in decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the hotel chain's consolidated cash flow (short-, medium-, and long-term); * Develop, monitor, and revise budgets (budget plan and forecast); * Analyze income statements (P&L) per unit, identify variances, and propose corrective actions; * Control costs (including food and beverage) and implement expense reduction initiatives; * Support the executive board in decision-making through consistent financial analysis; * Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations; * Ensure accuracy of financial information and adherence to deadlines; * Collaborate with units on financial discipline and performance indicator control; * Develop and monitor the hotel chain's financial KPIs; * Manage relationships with banks, auditors, financial suppliers, and unit investors; * Lead the finance team. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Financial Manager (preferably within hotel chains); * Strong expertise in P&L, cash flow, and budgeting; * Experience managing operational costs; * Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach; * Ability to influence managers and drive accountability; * Advanced proficiency in Excel/BI. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the hospitality sector; * Knowledge of hotel management systems; * Experience in financial expansion or restructuring. **Behavioral Profile** * Hands-on approach; * Leadership and accountability; * Clear and concise communication; * Agility in decision-making; * Strong ownership mindset and performance focus; * Active involvement in improving unit profitability, going beyond financial control. **Benefits** * Meal Voucher – R$ 30.00 per working day (approx.
