Job Description
Ensure customer satisfaction through TOTVS solutions under your responsibility (via strategy definition), securing necessary resources (TOTVERS, Project Sales), ensuring TOTVS quality standards (MIT), scoping sales appropriately and delivering high-quality outcomes, guaranteeing portfolio financial health and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Act as the "owner" of crisis or high-complexity services/projects, being accountable and maintaining communication among involved areas (clients and other TOTVS departments) to resolve project/service issues and drive continuous service process improvements;* Foster strong client relationships by addressing service issues and pursuing customer satisfaction;
* Ensure transparent communication of service/project results and issues to stakeholders;
* Strategically collaborate with CPs and CPPs to identify new business opportunities within your assigned clients;
* Report to the Unit Head and Portfolio Head under your responsibility, presenting quantitative and qualitative data along with portfolio financial health;
* Ensure the team efficiently manages services (high/very high complexity), meeting deadlines, budgets, and defined scopes (managing revenue, costs, and expenses), while proactively identifying and mitigating risks;
* Lead CPs and CPPs for the project(s)/service(s) under your responsibility, providing constant feedback, activity guidance, and supporting ongoing team career development;
* Lead coordinators and other leaders on more complex projects/services;
* Maintain relationships with TOTVS channels and DRGs to support implementations and negotiations;
* Maintain consistent external client relationships, collecting formal and informal feedback to assess satisfaction levels and improvement opportunities, thereby driving continuous improvement and client satisfaction;
* Promote and lead internal process and procedure improvements across the unit and TOTVS to enhance service team quality, efficiency, and development;
* Monitor unit performance indicators and ensure achievement of portfolio targets, implementing, tracking, and promoting preventive actions to meet established goals.
* Develop coordinators and serve as a reference for management tools and concepts;
* Engage in negotiations and conflict resolution among portfolio service teams, clients, suppliers, and internal TOTVS departments;
* Ensure structured portfolio operations aligned with the commercial area;
* Identify market opportunities to develop solutions and prepare the team to meet such client demands.
Requirements and Qualifications
**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:**
Education: Completed undergraduate degree. Completed postgraduate degree and/or specialization and MBA in business – required. People Management (desirable); Service Management / Project Management specialization – desirable. Specific knowledge:* In-depth knowledge of the relevant business segment;
* Microsoft Office Suite – advanced;
* Google Workplace Suite – advanced;
* MS Project – advanced;
* Financial indicators (ROL monitoring, margin, pricing);
* Familiarity with FURPs methodology for requirements gathering – desirable;
* GUT matrix classification (Gravity, Urgency, Trend) – desirable;
* PDCA, PMI, BPM, Agile, ITIL, SCRUM methodologies – desirable;
* TOTVS solutions in the relevant business segment – mandatory. Certifications:
* Certification in your operational segment (business and offerings) is required; external certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable.
