Job Summary:
The engineering team is responsible for managing and executing projects across diverse areas, ranging from sustainable materials to embedded software, including their validation and application.

The engineering team is responsible for managing and executing projects across diverse areas, ranging from sustainable materials and vehicle subsystems—from engines to embedded software—including their validation and application.
**What awaits you:**
Management of project contracts on both sides—suppliers and central departments.
Supplier development—from initial competitor selection through continuous performance improvement. Managing all aspects of such contracts, including addenda, purchase orders, invoicing, etc.
Definition of corresponding SLAs and alignment on project scope, financial offer calculation, signing process, and change management;
Managing and executing engineering projects in Brazil in close cooperation with partners at the central office, focusing on development, integration, calibration, testing, and validation of both embedded and non-embedded software.
Applying agile management methods and efficiently utilizing project resources (system access, test vehicles, test benches, hardware, software licenses, personnel and their respective qualifications);
Ensuring long-term project delivery quality through creation and implementation of appropriate measures (regular quality-focused review meetings with central stakeholders, establishment of project-specific KPIs, personnel training, etc.), aligned with relevant stakeholders.
**What we expect from you:**
Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, or a related field;
Experience in automotive E/E or software development is desirable;
Experience in project leadership/management, preferably using agile methodologies.
Advanced English is required; German is desirable;
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Management of multiple projects.
Proactivity, openness, and creativity.
Strong analytical thinking.
