Job Summary: This professional will coordinate and supervise operational activities, ensuring quality, safety, and continuous improvement of processes. Key Highlights: 1. Contribute to continuous improvement of operations **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate operational activities through planning and organization. * Supervise the execution of operational services. * Conduct quality inspections of operational processes. * Control inventory of operational materials. * Ensure team safety during service execution. * Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements. * Maintain accurate records of services performed. * Participate in planning meetings to discuss improvements. * Train and guide the operational team. * Implement safety standards and procedures in operations. * Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields; * Bachelor's degree in Logistics preferred; * Knowledge of internal transportation, loading, and unloading routines; * Familiarity with SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) principles applied to transportation operations; * Availability to work from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM; * Driver's license category C or D. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that enhance the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
