End-to-end import process tracking The company is seeking an Import Analyst in Joinville. **Responsibilities:** Customer service and portfolio management. Analysis and correction of import documentation. System information management and updates. Execution and tracking of import process stages. Communication and alignment with overseas suppliers and third parties. Follow-up, tracking, and customer support. Other duties related to the role.
