




**Store General Manager** **Job Mission** Ensure **business results (revenue, margin, and cash flow)** and **operational excellence**, strengthen the **brand** (customer experience, standards, and marketing), lead the team, and maintain **accounting/finance routines** with rigor and predictability. **Reporting & Scope** Reports to: **Partners / Executive Management** Leads: operational team (front-of-house, kitchen/production, baristas, inventory/store, etc.) Direct interfaces with: accounting, suppliers, marketing/agency, partners, and platforms (delivery, payment methods) **Key Responsibilities** **A) Business Results & Management** Develop and execute the **monthly sales, margin, and cash flow plan** (targets and action plan). Manage the **management P&L** (revenue, COGS, expenses, margin, EBITDA), analyze variances, and correct course. Define and control **pricing** (technical sheets, actual cost, margin per product line/item, combos). Monitor **KPIs and rituals**: weekly targets, monthly closing, improvement plan. **B) Brand, Marketing & Customer Experience** Ensure Doce Beijo standards: **storefront, service, cleanliness, music/environment, wait time, packaging, presentation**. Plan and execute commercial calendar (seasonal dates, launches, combos, local influencer campaigns). Monitor channels: Google, Instagram, iFood/Apps (if applicable), reputation, and NPS. **C) People Management (Strong, Human-Centered Leadership)** Recruit, train, and develop shift leaders/team leads. Build an **efficient staffing schedule** (peak vs. off-peak), set shift-level targets, establish feedback routines and discipline. Reduce turnover and increase productivity/quality through structured training paths. **D) Operations, Procurement & Inventory** Ensure product availability (**zero stockouts for top 20 items**), manage expiration dates and waste. Apply procurement methodology: ABC analysis, negotiation, lead time, min/max inventory levels. Standardize processes (opening/closing checklists; simplified store BPM). **E) Accounting & Finance (Practical Execution)** Sales reconciliation (PIX/cards/apps), cash control and withdrawals. Manage fixed and variable costs; contracts; waste audits. Prepare reports for partners: **P&L, cash flow, KPIs, action plan**. **Profile We Seek (Hard + Soft Skills)** **Education & Experience (Preferred)** Experience as a **unit/store manager** in foodservice (cafés, bakeries, restaurants, franchises). **Strong numerical acumen**: COGS control, pricing, management P&L, and daily cash routines. Proven experience in **team management and service standardization**.
