Our **Procurement** team handles all aspects of acquisitions, negotiations, commercial relationships, facilities management, and logistics at Asaas. We also recognize that the learning process differs for each person — therefore, we do not require proof of education for apprentices with intellectual disabilities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize team documents and information; * Support supplier registration and qualification in departmental tools; * Assist with recording incoming fiscal documents; * Attend to suppliers and internal customers; * Manage delivery deadlines and support follow-up with suppliers; * Support analysts in low-complexity company purchases; * Monitor quotations and price comparisons for internal company requests; * Update internal controls and area indicators; * Contribute to improving internal departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be aged between 18 and 24; * Have completed or be currently enrolled in high school; * Be available for a daily workload of 6 hours, Monday through Friday; * Reside in Joinville/SC; * Attend a partner institution once per week; * Possess strong oral and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing a university degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools. **Additional Information** * Daily workload of 6 hours (Monday to Friday — Saturdays are not compensated); * 18-month contract (four days per week at the company and one day per week at the training institution); * CLT employment contract. **We are a Fintech**, a Payment Institution accredited by the Central Bank of Brazil, and **our purpose is to maximize business productivity through technology.** We offer a comprehensive solution for managing receivables, payments, receivables anticipation, and serve over 200,000 clients, including freelancers, microentrepreneurs (MEI), and large enterprises.
