Your involvement will be critical to ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders. * Participation in Morning Meetings: You will attend the daily delivery route team meetings, focusing on productivity and return metrics. Additionally, you will track team management-related indicators. * Productivity Meeting with CRP: You will actively participate in productivity-focused meetings with the Regional Production Center (CRP), contributing to continuous improvement in logistics processes. * GOD Review: You will review the Daily Operational Management (GOD), ensuring all operational aspects are thoroughly analyzed. * Execution of Weekly Routes: You will be responsible for planning weekly routes, consistently ensuring delivery quality and monitoring area-specific key performance indicators.
