Performance indicator analysis and continuous improvement #### **Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate daily distribution operations, including goods receipt, storage, order picking, packaging, and shipment. * Monitor and optimize logistics processes to ensure operational efficiency, cost reduction, and on-time delivery. * Manage the logistics operator team, including task allocation, training, performance evaluation, and professional development. * Implement and monitor compliance with occupational safety standards and internal company policies in the distribution environment. * Analyze distribution area performance indicators (KPIs), such as productivity, cycle time, and inventory accuracy, proposing action plans for improvement. * Manage inventory, ensuring physical organization, record accuracy, and identification of discrepancies. * Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, procurement, and transportation, to ensure supply chain continuity. #### **Requirements** * Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables). * Experience in team management and people development. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S) applied to logistics. * Familiarity with regulations governing cargo transportation and warehousing. #### **Skills** * Team Management * Advanced Excel * Logistics KPI Analysis * Process Optimization * Inventory Management * Interpersonal Communication * Problem Solving ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
