And this is where you come in. **What You Will Do** Manage the planning of plant maintenance and calibrations, engineering projects, and processes. Establish corrective and preventive actions to maintain plant productivity and facilities in optimal condition, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and customer quality parameters. Issue and close preventive, corrective, or improvement maintenance orders; monitor field execution within agreed timelines, ensuring safety and quality requirements are met. Monitor calibration of production process equipment and instruments. Support the development and monitoring of preventive and predictive maintenance plans, as well as service order control and indicator analysis (KPIs). Participate in failure analysis with coordinators and technicians, proposing actions to eliminate root causes and recording interventions performed. Collaborate with the technical team in identifying recurring failures and consolidating technical data. Ensure compliance with safety rules during maintenance activities, including third-party interventions, guaranteeing proper registration in service orders. Manage the inbound and outbound flow of machines and equipment sent for repair. Conduct localization studies, component equivalency assessments, and technical improvements on equipment. Act as support and backup to the administrative assistant in system routines, performing material and part registrations in the integrated system, issuing purchase requisitions, and tracking purchase orders and CARs, ensuring adequate supply flow for maintenance. Support the maintenance team in managing Service Orders in SAP, ensuring correct registration and closure. Respond to internal and external quality, safety, health, and environmental audits by providing requested evidence for auditor evaluation. Participate in operational meetings, tracking action plans and contributing technical information. Support the plant manager in CAPEX management, generating reports, requesting and tracking CAR approvals, issuing and monitoring purchase requisitions, assisting management in project development, participating in scope definition, and evaluating associated risks to optimize operational resources and facilities. Assist in preparing and monitoring the maintenance department budget, reporting results and proposing actions to reduce expenses. Support the environment, health, and safety team in documentation, approvals, and work permits for contracted third parties. **Who We Are Looking For** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or Chemical Engineering; Experience in maintenance planning, projects within chemical, automotive, or manufacturing process industries; Knowledge of integrated systems; Familiarity with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards; Knowledge of quality tools including interpretation of calibration certificates and measurement uncertainties; Experience with SAP maintenance module is a plus; Desirable knowledge of quality tools: MASP and MSA. Knowledge of NR regulations applicable to maintenance. Mechanical, electrical, and automation knowledge. Knowledge of PLC, HMI, electrical diagrams, and automated systems. Familiarity with continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5W2H, FMEA).
