




**Responsibilities:** * Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (from job profile alignment to onboarding) for operational, technical, and administrative positions. * Align job profiles, technical and behavioral requirements with hiring managers. Develop and publish job postings across various channels (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media). * Perform resume screening, competency-based interviews (in-person and online), and group dynamics, when required. * Administer and monitor behavioral and/or technical assessments, consolidating results to support decision-making (e.g., DISC). * Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication regarding process stages, timelines, and feedback. * Monitor the entire approval and onboarding workflow with HR/Personnel departments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor legislation. * Track recruitment and selection KPIs (time-to-fill, hire accuracy rate, sourcing channels, etc.) and prepare reports for coordination/leadership. * Perform other tasks assigned by leadership. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in industrial environments or high-volume hiring contexts. * Experience conducting competency-based interviews and behavioral profile assessments. * Familiarity with active recruitment tools (LinkedIn, social media, headhunting) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work onsite in Joinville/SC. * Advanced English; Chinese proficiency preferred.
