Job Request Number: 98782 Schedule: Full Time **JOB SUMMARY** *(of the position)* * Manage the operational team, ensure operational excellence in receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, and order dispatch processes; through monitoring team activities according to work instructions, as well as ensuring achievement of defined performance targets with zero errors. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Ensure that all processes of receiving, storage, replenishment, purchasing, and order dispatch are strictly followed according to established work instructions and procedures, with zero errors. * Analyze, plan, and distribute daily activities according to priorities, customer needs, and available resources in the areas. * Distribute relevant operational information, enabling control, transparency, and visibility for all involved parties. * Conduct shift handovers clearly, thoroughly, and objectively. * Ensure achievement of defined quality, performance, and productivity targets. * Administer and optimize areas for cargo accommodation. * Ensure that 5S methodology for organization and cleaning of areas complies with defined standards. * Promote stimulation and motivation of the team in executing continuous improvement projects. * Ensure operational activities comply with established standards, guaranteeing inventory accuracy. * Work closely with the inventory team to achieve and maintain inventory accuracy rates. * Ensure materials are stored and allocated considering their specific characteristics. * Guarantee that orders/tasks are properly signed and directed to the responsible area. * Ensure, together with the safety and operational supervision teams, that safety regulations are properly followed by your team. * Keep supervision informed about process abnormalities, absenteeism, and team conduct. * Conduct monthly performance feedback sessions with team members. **QUALIFICATIONS** (Competencies, Knowledge and Required Skills) * Knowledge of logistics concepts involved in warehousing operations * Flexible working hours * Proactively seek and present solutions * Planning and organizational skills * Deliver expected results with quality * Listen and understand others * Improve the way we perform our work * Respect differences * Handle pressure positively * Demonstrate ethical and respectable behavior * Adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct **Technology Knowledge** * Computer skills, Microsoft Office suite. **Education and / or Experience** * 3 years of experience in warehouse operations; * Experience in people management; * High school diploma completed; * Higher education will be an advantage **Language Proficiency** * Basic English in speaking, reading, and writing **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * Availability for 1st or 2nd shift **Salary negotiable \+ b****enefits:** Meal voucher, Food allowance, Shuttled transportation, Medical assistance, Dental care, Life insurance, Funeral aid, Wellhub, Totalpass, Birthday Day Off. **DSV – Global Transport and Logistics** Working at DSV means working in a different league.
