Description

Job Summary: Responsible for loading/unloading raw materials, inventory control, maintenance, cleaning, and quality monitoring in plastic production. Key Highlights: 1. Loading and unloading of raw materials for injection molding machines. 2. Control and organization of raw materials by type and color. 3. Assisting in preventive maintenance, cleaning, and quality monitoring. * Load and unload raw materials, supplying injection molding machines or other plastic machines according to the production schedule. * **Control and Organization:** * Sort and organize raw materials by type, color, and other characteristics, ensuring mixtures comply with the formulation matrix. Monitor material loading and depletion to prevent shortages. * **Maintenance and Cleaning:** Assist in preventive maintenance of machines; clean hoppers and the work area, maintaining order and organization. * **Monitoring and Inspection:** Monitor automatic feeding systems of machines and visually inspect material removed from machines to assess quality.
