Senior Machine Setup Technician

Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for machine adjustments, kit changes, operator monitoring, and production process configuration. Key Highlights: 1. Perform machine adjustments and tuning for production 2. Monitor and guide operators regarding quality 3. Configure pigment dispensers and calibrate color dosage **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Plastics, Mechanics, or Toolmaking; * Availability to work on the 1st shift (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM) — rotating 6x2 schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Perform machine adjustments and tuning at production startup according to technical specification sheets; * Replace kits and peripherals on machines; * Place technical specification sheets on machines at each production startup; * Monitor and guide operators and production assistants regarding quality aspects; * Accurately record production data (output, scrap, machine downtime, etc.) in the Production Reporting System and monitor process performance; * Adjust temperatures of hot runners; * Configure pigment dispensers and calibrate color dosage for products with defined color standards.
