We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive professional to provide direct production support, ensuring operational efficiency and final product quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Technical Support and Setup: Perform mold/product changeovers (setup), adjust extrusion machines and peripherals, and assist the technical team with complex parameter adjustments.
* Leadership and Training: Guide and train operators on production steps and adjustments, serving as a technical reference and daily facilitator.
* Quality Management: Ensure products strictly comply with technical specifications (CQA), monitoring key performance indicators (OEE, Availability, Performance, and Overweight).
* Maintenance and Processes: Create and track service orders (maintenance and tooling), identify line anomalies, and propose continuous improvement solutions.
* Operational Routine: Conduct shift handovers, maintain workplace organization (5S), strictly adhere to safety regulations (PPE), and operate forklifts (when required and authorized).
**Requirements:**
* Education: Completed or ongoing Technical High School degree in Plastics, Production, or related fields.
* Experience: Preferably 3 years of experience in plastic transformation processes via extrusion.
* Profile: Results-oriented, attentive to technical details, and capable of effectively instructing teams.

**Location:** Krona Headquarters – Joinville (Vila Nova)
**Schedule:** Night Shift (10:00 PM to 5:00 AM)
Compensation: Starting at R$16.57 per hour
