Job Summary: This position supports operators in production and material processing activities, including receiving, handling, and organizing inventory, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Contribute to workplace cleanliness and organization **PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** **Main Responsibilities** * Support operators in executing tasks related to production processes and material processing. * Receive, inspect, handle, and dispatch materials. * Assist in organizing and controlling physical inventory. * Contribute to workplace cleaning, maintenance, and organization. * Follow company-established safety, quality, and best practice procedures. **Requirements** * Completed elementary education. * Prior experience in operational, production, logistics, or warehouse activities is desirable. * Organizational skills, commitment, and willingness to work in a team. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2\.180,20 * Meal Allowance: R$ 36,50 per workday (average of R$800,00\) * Food Allowance: R$ 332,00 per month * Co-payment Health Plan * Dental Plan **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Work Location** Perini Business Park – Industrial District, Joinville/SC.
