Job Summary: Assist in vehicle monitoring, including route tracking, driver support, and recording operational information to ensure transportation efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Communication among drivers, operations, and leadership **MONITORING ASSISTANT (TRANSPORTATION).** **Location:** Atiradores, Joinville / SC. **IMPORTANT:** Rotating work schedule, including a Saturday off-week. **Responsibilities:** Monitor vehicles using auxiliary systems; track routes and trip statuses; provide drivers with support during unexpected incidents en route; record operational information in spreadsheets and systems; keep the operations team informed about trip progress; facilitate communication among drivers, operations, and leadership; contribute to transportation safety, punctuality, and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Experience in vehicle monitoring; * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Completed High School education; * Preferred: currently pursuing or having completed a Logistics degree; * Responsible, dynamic profile with quick reasoning ability; * Strong communication skills and ability to handle adverse situations. **Compensation:** **Salary:** R$ 2\.200,00\. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 27.90 per day; * Transportation Voucher; * Pharmacy Benefit Plan; * SEST/SENAT Benefit Plan; **Work Schedule:** **Week including Saturday work:** Monday to Thursday: 2:45 PM to 11:00 PM; Friday: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; **Week excluding Saturday work:** Monday to Friday: 12:45 PM to 10:28 PM; Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Pharmacy Benefit Plan * Transportation Voucher * Transportation Voucher: R$ 27.90 per day * SEST/SENAT Benefit Plan
