If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-driven company, review the required qualifications below. **As a Quality Engineering Analyst, you will:** Be responsible for the operational planning of Quality Engineering in Brazil through product performance analysis, support in non-conformance investigations, management of the SAP QM quality module, and operational training. In addition, manage quality performance indicators, prepare consolidated reports and dashboards to support management in strategic decision-making and promote continuous process improvement. **Key Challenges of the Role:** * Support in the development and qualification of raw material and outsourced product suppliers, ensuring compliance with specifications. * Develop spreadsheets, flowcharts, databases, and dashboards (Power BI) to prioritize and guide corrective actions related to product non-conformities. * Consolidate Quality KPIs, lead quality review meetings, and present data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. * Maintain SAP QM master data and documentation in SAP DMS, ensuring traceability and alignment with requirements. * Create and revise quality documentation such as work instructions, control plans, and product inspection routines, as well as issue reports to internal and external customers related to conformity certificates and warranty letters. * Create procedures, specifications, and designs for control tools, including dimensional inspection devices: gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc. * Request laboratory tests both internally (quality laboratories) and externally (outsourced suppliers) to support product validation and non-conformance investigations. * Perform routine testing in the SAP QAS development environment, identifying opportunities for ERP system improvements and supporting digitization efforts. * Provide administrative support to the department, including reporting, purchase requests, order tracking, service measurements, quotations, and use of ZTRAN. **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Civil), Technologist in Production Processes, or Quality Management; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Intermediate level in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI); * Knowledge of technical drawing; * Minimum of 3 years of experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** * SAP QM module, standards applicable to plastic products and processing. **What Orbia Building \& Infrastructure Offers:** Want to make a difference while working with purpose?
